Overview

At Intlo Inc. (β€œINTLO”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Sales and Refunds policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through intlo.com.

Standard Return Policy

You may return most products purchased from INTLO within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product must be undamaged and in resalable condition
  • All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
  • You must provide your order number and proof of purchase

Opened Products

Products that have been opened or used may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Opened products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Products that show signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear beyond normal inspection may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products with personalized engravings or custom configurations
  • Gift cards or digital content
  • Products returned after the 14-day return period
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us β€” Email returns@intlo.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive authorization β€” We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the product β€” Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided with your RMA. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Refund processing β€” Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The return is due to an error on our part

In these cases, INTLO will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as INTLO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different model, color, or storage capacity, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Other payment methods: Processing times may vary

Shipping costs included in the product price are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@intlo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photographs of the damage and packaging

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at orders@intlo.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return.

Warranty

All Apple products sold by INTLO are genuine and come with the standard Apple manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to Apple Inc. or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. INTLO does not provide additional warranty coverage beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
